Recommended Serve
Tonic: Fever-Tree Indian Tonic (or Fentimans / 1724) — 1:2 gin-to-tonic over plenty of ice. Garnish: Lemon twist. Play up the cumin and clove with a bruised cardamom pod or pink peppercorns.
